Lemon Cream Popsicles
Lemon Cream Popsicles are sweet, tart, and made from only 3 ingredients! If you like lemon cream pie, you’ll LOVE these popsicles!
True story – Ever since purchasing this Prepworks popsicle mold, I never buy pre-made frozen treats from the grocery store anymore.
It’s SO simple and fun to experiment with different popsicle flavors, bases, and add-ins.
These Lemon Cream Popsicles are made from only 3 ingredients – sweetened condensed milk, milk of choice, and lemons. That’s it!
To make these popsicles dairy free, look for sweetened condensed coconut milk (like this brand) and use whatever dairy-free milk you like best. I used almond milk this time!
Did I mention this is a no waste recipe?! Slice your lemons, remove seeds, and then toss the WHOLE lemon in the blender with the two milks. You get tons of lemon flavor using lemons this way!
I highly recommend you use organic lemons since we’re processing the entire lemon, rind and all, here!
I also recommend taste testing to find the right amount of tartness for your liking!
I blended two small lemons with my milks, then taste tested and added another 1/2 lemon. Depending on the size and tartness of your lemons, you may want to use only 2 lemons or increase it to 3 whole lemons. Experiment and have fun!
- 1 12-14oz can sweetened condensed milk (use coconut sweetened condensed milk to make popsicles dairy free)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
- 2-3 whole lemons, cut into wedges & seeds removed (I used 2.5 lemons)
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to popsicle molds, filling each mold evenly. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze 4 hours or overnight.
